By the time I got back person had gone to lunch and they couldn't find the form they just photocopied. Everyone looked so sad. Wasted an hour and a half. Feels like they make things so difficult. Zero empathy

And for those that are unemployed it is a good place to go for the unemployment benefit. There is also a range of other things that they will help you.
