Being multi branded means you can save time and money with the conveinence of having one call out if you have more than one appliance on the blink. We can have a technician call and check your machine or you can bring it to our workshop.
- Our Minimum Charge to come out is $100.00 this includes the first 10 minutes of labour.
- After the first 10 minutes we charge $15.00 for each 10 minutes we are there.
- Our inspection fee for workshop work is $90.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had dealings with them on a number of occasions under warranty services for a jumping LG Washing Machine bought in Smith City and a foggy clock on a Westinghouse Stove bought in Harvey Norman. In both instances, their tradespeople had no ideas what they were doing!! They could not fix the faults. Instead of admitting their incompetence, they blamed the faults on the customers.
Totally disappointed in their services. Their tradespeople are completely hopeless!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had faults with washer and dryer. Person who came was dismissive of our concerns with the washing machine. Turns out that the dryer had a fraying belt, and after he left saying he needed to order a new belt we saw the mess he left behind - fragments of the old belt were everywhere. Today they came back with a new belt and instead of taking away their rubbish they left the bag and the old belt sitting on the dryer for us to clean up. A pretty average experience.
Pricing was reasonable. Thankfully due to COVID19 I was standing far enough away not to be too badly affected by the smell of cigarettes that came with the repairman.

Our technician knew what he was talking about and found what the issue was quickly. This was very reassuring after the brand's customer service had told me all sorts of rubbish about possible causes. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time have used Wishart and would recommend to anyone. latest visit was for a dryer repair - glad I didn't try to fix on my own as they identified the issue right away and I thought it was something else. Had to come to the home twice and loved that on time so I wasn't kept waiting around. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and all-around good guys. Was also about $100 less than I had expected, which is always a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve the engineer was extremely helpful, always arrived on time. It ended up being a complicated workshop repair but Wisharts gave me a loaner until my machine was fixed and returned. Great service and would recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have preferred better communication and a more timely service of my dehumidifier. Waited 2 months and had to chase all communication of what was happening ourselves. Was told it would be ready twice only to call in and find it wasn't. Other than that the work was satisfactory.
