β β β β β The first girl Meg was wonderful, Ana was wonderful, but on the second visit the lady on the counter was difficult and extremely unhelpful, and really left me upset, she joined a case manger while I was speaking with her and brought her unhelpful attitude along. She is the first person I have struck who has had a attitude of don't want to help. I will follow up Monday, not acceptable.
