★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I registered with WINZ in Mar/April 19 and I found the staff to be very helpful and supportive while I transitioned from a full time worker to being unemployed with breast cancer. Unfortunately my two operations didn't go so well and further treatment was required. The WINZ staff have been genuine and kind every time I’ve walked in without a appointment. They helped place me get on the 'right benefit' and even helped pay for a medical script today. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the staff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff I found are helpful, the security I find are intimidating. I don't have a criminal record, never abused the staff or security yet as I left the building the security guard swore in Tongan at me. Unsure why I don't know him or spoke to him. I have included a photo of him looking directly at me as I wait for a case manager. Unacceptable for someone to do this when I'm just at winz to change my address with them
