β β β β β Posting on behalf of a friend. Her daughter had a Birthday Party here. Quite a few kids attended... $39 per head, so wasn't cheap and food wasn't the best especially because it came out cold and pizza was over cooked. When we told the staff, his response was we can't do anything about it. Asked to speak to the manager and he apparently wasn't available... disappointing really as no apologies, or replacement of cold fries/food, shocking customer service really especially when they spent over $300 here. Wouldn't recommend to anyone having a kids party here.

β β β β β Update: closed without any updates on their fb page(until today), have visited 3 times after checking their page for any closure announcements only to find out they're closed on arrival?ββοΈ they'll reopen 1st May as per their fb page post
Our go to place to take the kids.
New addition of bouncy castle/ obstacle course.
Slightly smaller than other indoor playgrounds but better table area layout so you can easily see how your kids are playing.

β β β β β Visited for the first time with the kids today. It is not as big as some of the other playgrounds around, but it is definitely new and clean. Not many carparks onsite, so may need to park on the road. They have a cafe with coffee, milk tea, snacks, ice blocks and fried food

β β β β β The kids had fun in the most part. But we were there for a birthday and because we weren't in the party room we couldn't let a 3yr old have her cake, the price of the food shocked me, $9 for a very small box of shoestring chips, not impressed at all!!

β β β β β Awesome place, kids enjoyed a lot while participating the birthday party. It has trampolines bouncy castles other activities... main thing is it suits all kind of and ages of kids. So parents can enjoy the party while kids playing. I loved this place It has trampolines bouncy castles other activities.... Some other parents also mentioned they liked the way it was set up. Also for the party we can organize our own food.. Also for the party we can organize our own food. They have tables for that so we can do buffet service. Also we can buy stuff from the counter as well. There was a person all the times helping to buy stuff. We can buy socks from this places which can be used for jumping in trampolines. Appreciate that guy was wearing the mask all the times as well.
Also you feel it is a safe place for kids. Kids just didn't want to finish. They just wanted to keep on playing. I have been to so many other places for kids birthday parties. This is one of the best places I visited. In thus party I went, one if the well famous musician Madushanka was performing music. That was amazing as well.
Toilets were clean as well. I felt good with overall families provided
For a kids birthday party I will use this place in future and I recommend this place for others as well.

β β β β β Loved this place. Great variety of fun for my 5yr and 2yr old. The food was great as well. We will definitely go back and highly recommend. The only down side is, there aren't many parking space onsite and hard to find a park on the road as it was packed when we went. But that's nothing compared to the children having truck loads of fun!
