★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to get some paint matched and the guy behind the counter was so rude and just was not interested in helping me. All he said was "nope can't do" and then I had to prod him for more information which I finally got. As a client I was left to feel that my business was not wanted at all.
Update 2nd feb: Finally got a staff member who was proactive and gave some sound advice on my project.
