I realised quickly I'd bought the wrong chain and lock combination, so I inquired as to whether I could return and pay the extra to get the correct ones, I was told this was ok. After paying to return the items, I haven't heard a thing since. 4 emails over 2 months with no reply. I've now asked for my money back in full.

Anyways I was told to bring my goods in for a quick splice then told to come back in 45 mins, upon return was told it'll take a week. Thanks for the run around. I went to Shaws and they sorted it lickety split.

It’s a pity our tourist industry isn’t as up beat as you guys.
