★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I asked for a no ice Dirty Milk tea, I literally got 3/4 of the cup filled w Ice. For 9.5$ bubble tea in a very fancy cup, that was definitely the most expensive cup of ice I've had so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered iced brown sugar milk tea, the tea has a really nice fragrance and flavor but the bubble was a bit too chewy. Perhaps I was there early and the bubble wasn't quite ready yet. So I got took it home and heat up everything and made it hot milk tea, the texture of the bubble was much better when it was warm. Staff was friendly, great ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything i ordered is out of stock however nothing is noted on their menus at the order point so a very tedious trial and error process when ordering - service very abrupt bordering on rude with the “ I am doing you a favour attitude”. Better more well stocked options on the strip. This branch needs help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place but price-wise, most of their drinks are expensive.. they also need to provide sticker stamps unlike other milk tea establishments - free drinks after reaching a maximum drink stamps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the drinks and food, hope to be back soon :) I always get a different type of fruit tea and I have enjoyed it each time. My son usually gets some kind of milk tea with pearls and he loves this spot one of his favourites. Great spot to sit and have some tea or take your drink and go sit on the beach.
