★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have proper knowledge, unnecessarily make things more difficult than needed and charge for the unnecessary work. Also poor in their contact method. I called one solicitor but their phone system kept taking me back to the receptionist who again would connect me to the same person. This repeated several times without going on the answering machine. When the solicitor called me back, he asked me if it was me who called him 5 times! Get your phone system fixed instead of being rude to your clients.
