★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness Xi’an Food Bar is finally in ECB! Ordered the usual - hand pulled noodles with braised pork, and it was so good. Noodles, the sauce, the pork - all exactly as it’s always been at the other branches (I’ve been to Northcote, CBD, Dominion Rd) if not fresher. The staff were friendly even though I was only getting takeout. Will definitely be a regular - in fact, I’m about to order something for dinner now.

It’s my usual go to place, enjoyed eating there.
Lost my scarf someday in this restaurant after dinner and made a phone call about my scarf, the staff did really good job for keeping my scarf until next day when I picked it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orders Xi-An style braised pork, , noodles were dry, didn't think the flavor was nice, extremely salty. Threw most of it in the bin. - sorry guys you will need to up the game. Poor service to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xian food bar is absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly who serve dishes very quick and are well organized. Hygiene levels are A+ and I rate number 21 the lamb soup as my favorite! Above all the hand pulled noodles make me want to come back every week! Keep it up guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with my friends who are from Xi'an. The lamb soup is perfect with fresh and yummy soup base. Dried noodles with chilli oil is great too especially when you add more oil. All dishes are not too salty but savory. Fast service and nice staff. Clean place too. Will come back again if I need hot soup to warm up haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is generally good but the saltiness is a bit of a hit and miss, but I've experienced this with Eden Noodles also. Ordered 3-4 times where it had right amount of salt but the order today for 2 noodles were way too salty and ended up adding water despite one of the noodles being dry noodle. Would recommend asking for less salt and adding your own just to avoid the risk.
