★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xtravel provided the most amazing service I have ever experienced. They organised a chartered flight from South America to help get both me and my partner home during the pandemic, as well as hundreds of other stranded Australians and Kiwis. I could not recommend them highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tori and the girls at Xtravel helped us get home to Australia from Brazil in the middle of the pandemic when we had almost given up hope! We messaged them just two weeks before the scheduled flight and they managed to get us all organised and ready to go within just a couple of days. They communicated with us the whole time, even when we were at the connecting airport in Santiago. They even kept in touch with us while we were in hotel quarantine! Trying to get home during the pandemic was so stressful and it was easy to feel abandoned, it seemed like no one was willing to help at all. Then Xtravel appeared and their kind and thorough approach was so refreshing. I am looking forward to the pandemic being over so we can go on some of the cool tours that Xtravel does, as we know how trustworthy and professional they are.

The are like the fairy godmother crew that you always need for travel bookings, thanks to them when I thought I would never come back home they were able to book my son and I home for a flight in July from Santiago to Brisbane. thank you travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing group of women. They managed to get us home to Australia during the pandemic when no one else was interested, by hiring a plane no less! What a commitment. I was on the first charter flight out of South America run by X travel and could not believe how amazing these women were, they were with us every step of the way, not only organising the flights but then sorting any problems that occurred along the way, which meant doing a lot of work in their PJ's. If it was not for them, hundreds of people would still be stuck in South America. After that Charter flight I decided I could trust no one for my next travel arrangements and again they came through in flying colours. They make sure they outline all the paperwork that needs to be completed for entering and exiting countries so that everything works flawlessly. Thank you XTravel! Cannot recommend you more highly.

Travelling has never been more challenging than during COVID times. We were very hesitant about the trip, but these ladies were like angels on our shoulders.
Keeping us updated about the status of the flights, giving us clear and thorough information regarding documentation and requirements, and providing proactive guidance all the way. They put at ease our concerns. We were blessed to come across them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Georgie from this company is AMAZING.. being stuck in a country and not being able to get home is the worst thing that can happen to a person but Georgie went beyond just being a travel agent she became a personal friend and someone that stayed up late due to time differences and worked and had minimal sleep to ensure that it happened. Cant thank this lady enough, Highly recommend Georgie and this company .. we will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to these amazing ladies, my family and I were able to safely go back to Australia! In the middle of the pandemics, they did a fabulous job repatriating South Americans to Australia, something that unfortunately, the government failed to do, however this group of courageous women joined forces and did the impossible!
Our experience was wonderful! Despite the pandemics, we had a great flight, good food, they always touched base to know how things were going throughout the journey and during quarantine as well.
I can highly recommend X travel and I hope we can travel with them in the near future!
Thank you for your hard work, ladies! You are truly amazing!
