★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took a deposit before the trip and never returned it - it was for a helicopter that could'nt fly in bad weather but apparently no refunds. That's not what the deposit was for - it was to protect property and should have been returned - service levels were fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a family vacation to visit Australia and both islands in New Zealand in January. Four months before the trip, we had to cancel because three of the four children couldn’t make the trip. Two companies gladly refunded our deposit for luxury house rentals, but Touch of Spice refused unless they te-tentbthe house. I would not rent with them unless your trip is written in stone and you’re comfortable working with owners who are unforgiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the Queenstown property with some friends for a wedding. Beautiful view, place was well presented we had everything we needed. Was able to organise a late check out with no problems. Would use these guys again.

Gorgeous property with an amazing view. The services provided by the property manager was also fantastic.
I would definitely be recommending Touch of Spice to all my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at 15 Richards Lane and thought the property was a beautiful way to appreciate Queenstown. The views from all the rooms- living, and bedrooms were amazing. The house was luxurious and we enjoyed being in Fernhill for a more residential experience and enjoyment of all the architecture around. With a few friends it is a lovely base- and we had a night-in enjoying a dinner around the table after a big day out!!
A car is essential for this location and it is quite steep so not for the faint hearted in the winter. Thankyou for providing a few goodies in the pantry- a nice gesture and we duly left some additions as well. A few light bulbs blown but only a tiny issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed at the beautiful “Kumanu” property managed by a Touch of Spice. From the beginning to the end of our stay we have had nothing but an amazing experience. The staff were informative, professional and very helpful before we even arrived at the property, whilst we were at the property the team followed up a number of times to see if we needed anything and when we did they were very quick to respond. The house was immaculate and will forever hold a special spot in our hearts. I will definitely be staying in a touch of spice accomodation again given this experience. Thanks team for making our last 3 days amazing!! Xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Pioneer Court property in Queenstown. Fantastic views, beautifully appointed home!! We were very comfortable for our five nights and cooked multiple breakfasts and dinners. The Touch of Spice concierge kept in contact throughout our stay, which I appreciated. I would use this service again and highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (family of 4 inc 12 and 9yr old) were looking for something other than a hotel for this stay in the snow whilst staying in Queenstown, we were looking for an easy walk into town and modern apartment.
After speaking to Jill via email and running though options and prices we booked an apartment (21 Lakefront) which was super clean, very modern with all the appliances and nice and warm which was perfect for our stay. We only had a 5 min walk into town which was ideal and great views from the apartment.
Emily met us on arrival and ran through the unit and what we wanted to know and waiting for us was some basic essentials which was a really nice touch.
We also booked Spa treatments and Heliboarding though Jill as it was super easy and the same cost if we booked directly with the companies which was handy.
Again - thanks to every one at touch of spice for your help and he great apartment.
