★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this studio. NowYoga is friendly, the team are wonderful and the yoga teachers are brilliant. Being surrounded by Tim's amazing art adds a special dimension. It's by far the best studio in Wellington in my opinion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great studio. I particularly like that it has a good range of Yin classes, which aren't easy to find in many other Wellington studios. It's also spacious, which is comforting in these covid times, and has an online option for those (like me) who are a bit reluctant to mix with omicron on the doorstep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few months ago if someone suggest to me going to a fitness class, I would have run for the hills. I am glad I took on the suggestion after attending a viewing at the gallery. I am currently over weight and I have found there is a real sense of no judgment and genuine encouragement. I have felt my personal situation and injuries have been considered and well managed. Their response to covid has made it comfortable to keep attending classes under the red traffic light system.
If you are in the city it is worth checking out the gallery for the talented work on display and if you have time, register for a class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As latecomers to yoga, my wife and I are now dedicated to the practice. There is no doubt our health and wellbeing has improved - both physical and mental. Katie and her team of instructors make you so welcome, no matter what your level. As one instructor says: 'It doesn't matter how you look in your pose/shape, it's how you feel'. And that feeling gradually makes you want to practise more.
