★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great area to live - quiet, better weather than the east of Chch (no sea fog), close to airport and uni. The area has lovely reserves, a playground, a medical centre, a childcare facility. Close to main highways to Akaroa, the mountains, and SH1 to go north and south.
