★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for assistance in what was a rather scary time following an adverse reaction to the Pfizer covid19 vaccination 2-3 days prior. I had to come in on 2 x separate occasions for multiple tests. Whilst there, I felt very safe in the exceptionally professional and caring hands of Caitlin (one of the nurses at Inspire Yaldhurst). She has a very sincere and authentic personality and I could not recommend or speak of her more highly.

It is so refreshing and nice to have a doctor that listens and investigates symptoms, instead of brushing them off. Doctor Vicky Chaplin, listens and takes symptoms into account all. Her knowledge and compassion makes her an incredible doctor.
Our nurse Caitlyn, is also incredibly friendly and helpful. My toddler has always been comfortable and calm when going through injections, thanks to the help of Caitlyn! I could not fault her at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the first one to admit that I am a difficult patient, I have many difficult diagnoses and I’ve been treated poorly by many doctors & put in the too hard basket. That is, until I came to Inspire Health & started seeing Vicky Chaplin. She is the most incredible, understanding, talented & helpful doctor I have ever been to. She treats me like an actual person rather than a pile of diagnoses, and she actually cares. She wants to help everyone, and does everything in her power to get you the help you deserve. My fiancé and I have recommended countless people to Vicky, and all these people sing her praises to us. She managed to diagnose several issues I’ve had that have gone mistreated or missed in general, and even with my severe anxiety I can go to her with anything. I am grateful to have finally found a doctor who is a fantastic person as well as a fantastic diagnostician. Thank you, Vicky. Our family will continue to see Vicky for as long as she will have us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I just signed up with Inspire health and we love love love the care we have received from Nurse Caitlin and Dr. Vicky.
We have not had great experiences in the past with other practices which has left us very anxious before appointments. At our first appointment we spent a good 15 minutes with Nurse Caitlin who received us with a smile (under her mask of course). She was professional, thorough and understanding. She took the time to get to know us and we loved that we had time to show her photos of our daughters.... the cats.
Dr. Vicky is very savvy with her treatment and solutions focused. She is very knowledgeable about mental health issues and various medications and treatments. We both felt well supported and had a say in our treatment plan. LGBT* friendly doctor who used my correct name and pronouns. It is nice to know that Dr Vicky is in for the long haul and proudly introduced herself as our doctor for the next 20 years.
Both Caitlin and Dr. Vicky were quick to put us at ease in a light hearted manner and lots of humor. We are very thankful that we are not just a number. Now for once I look forward to my next appointment to catch up with these two incredible ladies.
