Yana es una Sicologa muy profesional. Yo utilice los servicios de Yana ,antes de verla a ella me encontraba en una situación muy difícil estaba pasando por una gran depresión, tenía problemas con mi familia y mi autoestima estaba muy mal y estaba pasando por una separación. Desde la primer sesión me genero muchísima confianza para poder abrirme y contarle cosas que nunca había podido expresar. Había estado viendo otra Terapeuta antes pero no me había ayudado como lo hizo Yana .
Yana me ayudo muchísimo a salir adelante a recuperar mi confianza a poder dar pasos y sobretodo me enseño con sus ejercicios a respirar a sentirme bien a encontrar la calma .
Recomiendo mucho a Yana es una excelente terapeuta

I want to give my testimony about Yana Llewel
Yana is a very professional psychologist. I used Yana's services, before seeing her I was in a very difficult situation I was going through a great depression, I had problems with my family and my self-esteem was very bad and I was going through a separation. From the first session I have built a lot of confidence to be able to open up and tell her things that I had never been able to express. I had been seeing another Therapist before but she hadn't helped me like Yana did.
Yana helped me a lot to get ahead to regain my confidence to be able to take steps and above all she taught me with her exercises to breathe to feel good to find calm.
I highly recommend Yana, she is an excellent therapist

From my first interview with Yana, she gave me beautiful words of encouragement and empathy, creating safe spaces when sharing, which as a new patient made me feel very welcome as well as protected. I resorted to Yana's help with a lot of confusion and anxiety in my day to day, her therapeutic help, her guidance, great professionalism and above all human support have contributed and been a great support in my personal growth.
