β β β β β Ordered two coffees, slow service and had to ask to clear the table but it wasnβt wiped down.
Then asked again to have the table wiped down (crumbs every), no one came so we did it.
Wouldnβt recommend.

Service non existance took 45 minutes for entrees to come out which was bread and dips and then had to wait another 45 minutes for main which still had not arrived still waiting! Eventually got up manager rude and curt with us gave us our refund with no apology Do not go there for a meal there was one of us with a medical condition who needed to have food customer shaking and sweating just not good enough!!! Never had this kind of service in NZ

β β β β β Nice atmosphere, friendly and polite staff. Wasn't overly impressed with the food. Presentation was lovely the flavour of the food was lacking overall. Would possibly go again if with friends or family but wouldn't go out of my way to dine there.

β β β β β Very disorganised way of running a restaurant!! Staff were doing their best but after being seated then we had to order at the bar for food and drinks, one staff member taking orders so a very long queue. We arrived at opening time and some items on the menu were not available. The lamb rump was delicious - came with a tiny bit of broccolini and half a tomato for $32.

β β β β β Delicious food and truly great coffee. There's a breakfast menu and a lunch menu, both are very good. Nice ambient with high ceilings, cozy, and offers outdoor seating as well. Staff is always friendly and professional, and you can also use their app to order coffee ahead and pick it up within minutes.

β β β β β Came to this place after finding a deal which gave us 50% off food. When we arrived there was a very loud drilling sound comming from above the resturant.
Although we were the only ones in the resturant on a friday evening, it still took about 20 min before the waiter actually came to take our drink/starter orders. The menu must have been recently changed as what we had seen online was not the same as in store.
We recieved our drinks and the coke for the rum and coke was flat, they happily switched and when returning the waiter stated he thought it looked a bit flat... the cosmo was initially very strong, but about 2 min later the waiter brought over extra cranberry juice without being requested which saved it.
We were not impressed with the waiters knowledge of the food, he even pulled out his phone and googled an ingredient we had questions about.
For starters we had the prawns and pork belly, both were great, these starters saved the resturant from a 1 star.
For mains we ordered the steak medium rare, and the beef burger. By this point in time the resturant was filling up, still only 1 wait staff, and when our medium rare steak arrived medium well, and our burger dry and tastless, it took a good 20 min to wave the waiter down, (even a glass full of ice he broke covered the floor for a good 15 minutes). And he immediately brought over the bill. We complained about the steak, and we just got told he would take it off the bill. No offer to replace, no asking if we wanted desert or more drinks...
Would not recomend anyone go here for a half price meal, let alone a full price.

β β β β β FOH staff are great. Entree/bar food came out fast and was delicious... but then we waited for an hour and a half for our steaks and shoestring fries that came out COLD. We donβt usually do it but it was so cold we sent them back. 15-20min later the same steaks came back to us along with what looked like the same fries. And not much warmer. And because they reheated the steak it is now more cooked than I requested. Very unimpressed.

β β β β β I would give this no stars if I could. I do not recommend eating here. Service was non existent, food was terrible and took forever. I had the Caesar salad, photo below. Lettuce was brown and not chopped or even separated. It is the worst Caesar Salad I have ever been served.
