Dishonest,
unfair trading.
Since I started my membership with Yogalab, Jessie Zhang has changed group class policy three times and none of which has been consulted with or agreed by members.The recent group class policy is Yogalab has right to cancel its scheduled group class , whereas member needs to give at least 18hours notice otherwise a fee of $15 is applied.
My recent experience with Yogalab was my group class was cancelled with two private messages on wetchat 65min before scheduled class time. Jessie Zhang claimed the message was clearly communicated and the reason for cancellation was venue hire could not be covered by low attendance.
