She has so much knowledge and is a great teacher. I highly recommend trying her aerial yoga class if you're looking for something a bit different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all is there any words that can describe such an amazing beautiful woman that goes beyond just teaching a yoga class and I am so glad that I’ve had the privilege of being taught by her. And tonight doing my first couples yoga an absolutely amazing experience! Jac teachers so much more than yoga I would love to do a class of everything that she does her knowledge is outstanding.
Her beautiful calming voice talking the class through every pose and helping us with the more difficult ones, it really is an amazing experience and in one of the most beautiful studios I’ve ever been in.
Much love and gratitude to you Jac you are an inspiration to those you teach. You bring so much to us, such a positive influence.
