★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first hair dresser here was great! Unfortunately when she left I ended up having two very so-so experiences after and felt it necessary to switch salons. The first so-so experience was them switching me to a new hair dresser Katie or Kate without letting me know. Surprised showing up to appointment that the person I made the appointment with was not going to get the person cutting my hair. On my second appointment with the new stylist she was running late, unfortunately no one called me to let me know and I spent literally 25 minutes sitting without a single person coming up to me to let me know what was going on, offer an apology, or even ask if I wanted some water. Then because she was rushed for the first time in my adult life, and I am in my 30s, I was extremely unhappy with my hair cut. After my first wash I noticed my new bangs, first in 5 years, were uneven and there were strands of hair still longer than the rest of my recently trimmed hair. Because of the couple of positive cuts and experienced I receive before this is why this is 3 stars and not 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some extensions for my wedding online that never showed, with only 3 days untill my wedding I was so stressed!!! Called them up and they ordered and coloured extensions through them and they arrived in 1 day!!! Super nice people, they looked great perfect colour match
