★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Love Fallen From Grace! I have tried So many different places and Finally I found FFG. Everyone there is So lovely. Happy and bubbly. They always listen to what I want and suggest new ideas, which I love. I don't want to go anywhere else! Whether it is a cut or a colour, they nail it every time. I am so happy I found them! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not listen and cut what she wanted & NOT what I asked for. I said I wanted a trim and she cut off over 6 inches off the back of my layers and took probably no more than 10 minutes to cut my hair. I definitely won't be back. She did not even texturise it blend the lengths. It's taken me years to grow my hair out and now it's thin at the ends and I can't put it into a ponytail without it falling out all over my face. I asked for only a trim and she didn't listen. I'm so upset and disappointed. When I come in to see a senior stylist for my first time there, then I would expect a bit more time spent cutting and checking the cut once she had finished straightening my hair but also didn't check that either. It's uneven and now I have to pay more money to go to another place to have it fixed. It's going to take me over a year to grow it out my hair another 6 inches and after losing my hair some time ago bow it's thin again and scraggly. I hate it and don't appreciate the no attention to detail you gave. She kept changing from one client to me and when I paid for her to see me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to grow my hair out for years and have had bad experiences at hairdressers when they don't seem to listen to what you want. This was far from the case at fallen from grace! The staff are very friendly and give great advice. The lady from South Africa who cut my hair (unfortunately her name has slipped from my memory) listened to precisely what I wanted and cut both carefully and considerately (which is what we all want in a hair cut, right?) She was lovely and it was a great experience all round and all my nerves washed away when I saw it was exactly what I had asked for. They also applied a restorative hair masque to my hair whilst washing and honestly my hair has never felt sleeker. Would recommend!
