โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed customers service by Prabh, better she need to learn how to serve customer and manners, we are paying for it we are not begging in front of her, very disappointed coffee from there. Better she need to learn that also and also on the level 3 COVID time she not following any of the rules using barehanded to touch inside the glass. Very disgusting and disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday travel back from AKl to WLG, filled gas in my car around 8:15 AM from Z Gas station Takanini as every time I used this station whenever I make my trip to Auckland. This time not allow me to use washroom, staff told me we don't have toilet for public use , both toilet sign with staff use only. ( printed on paper, staff use only on 1 toilet door, second I know is definitely for Staff use) then on 2 minute drive i use BP station and left for WLG. Now onward i don't gonna use Z and Caltex any more as both are same companies.
No more flat white and Bacon Egg Pie from Z.
Chai Latte with extra cinnamon, Bacon egg Pie and Southern style CKN Bites from BP are much tastier, only relise yesterday.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice new service station with a BK conveniently located right next door. Good service and plenty of pumps with two grades of petrol as well as diesel, and a larger range than usual of snacks. Easy access the Great South Road through traffic lights right next to the forecourt.

โ โ โ โ โ I had given this place a 5 star 2 years ago. The service and price for fuel was always competitive. Unfortunately have to change to a 1 star as this pump is literally ripping people off!
2.77 on diesel whereas its between 2.36 - 2.50 at the Z pump up the road, Gull or Pak n Save. A 30 - 40 cent price difference? Come on!

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff & great customer service. Their frappe's were delicious. Self service & pay at pumps available. Theres also a burger king next door. Convenient location just off great south road & there's a car wash onsite aswell.
