The sales process was friendly and knowledgeable, and the Service Dept has been professional and helpful at all times. Because of this good experience, and the fact that my Rexton has been an outstanding car for me and my family, I plan to keep using Takanini Ssangyong, even through it is a bit out of the way for me. It’s good to have a car dealership that I feel I can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to inform vehicle was playing up (almost broke down) and got told I have to book it in for repairs which take time when it should have been looked at straight away as its only 4 months old and has warranty. Managed to get it in same day and now it's almost 2 weeks and still not fixed. Service reception staff have no idea what's wrong and how long it will take. Overall pathetic service. Losing out money each day the vehicle is parked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the vehicle for warranty 15k service. The lady we dealt with explained the procedure and how long it would take, she was courteous and new what she was talking about. We waited in customer room had a coffee watched some tv and service was completed well within stated time. My husband says he will definitely return there next time it requires work
