Zach was very much focused on meeting the needs of a local person with an acute awareness and understanding of the value of a tailored service that bigger firms have no interest in providing. I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zach is friendly, professional and responded promptly to our phone enquiries. He gave us good advice on buying the new fittings we needed then made an excellent job of installing them. He charged a very fair (pensioner) hourly rate and did not charge mileage for either of his visits. We're happy that we gave the work to a local independant tradesman.

Followed instructions, did the job on the day and time he promised, confirmed job was done, and sent pictures as requested.
