She provided great advice throughout the nerve-racking sale process, and ultimately the Deadline Sale date was brought forward. We received multiple unconditional and conditional offers and were very happy to accept an unconditional offer for a result which we were exceptionally happy with. We couldn't speak more highly of Zani would definitely recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agent "assisted" my elderly mother and father in selling their home. She was pushy, rude, condescending and officious. The amount of money that was charged for marketing for the most ridiculous video that was more about self promotion rather than anything to do with the home was beyond absurd. After receiving concerning calls from my parents I attended an open home under the guise of a being a buyer and the concerns were realised when I was spoken to rudely, questions dismissed and she spent the majority of her time on her phone responding to texts or emails rather than helping anyone in the open home. She also disclosed information to buyers about my parents at the open home in my presence. Avoid listing with this agent at all costs, she is a nightmare.
