★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst units ever made nothing but problems they rip you off,if you don’t use there service agents,they don’t last more then 2 years 5 k to 7 k for hot and chilled water, fittings are poor, units unreliable we nead some better alternative,$220 for filter for 12 months,review certifying craftsman plumber 25 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a dreadful time with this company in relation to a $6500 Hydrotap failing after a couple of years. Horribly poor communication and as yet no resolution - they seem to be keen to distance themselves from any product problem. Still without a tap after 3 weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought a unit 2 1/2 years ago. It developing scale in the boiling water unit, the cost of repair was nearly $1,000 which included an authorised serviceman charge out rate of $150/hr.

Phoned them to discuss a Final payment notice received, without them sending the invoice to the right person, or phoning to ask why the invoice was not paid, and received the rudest business manner I have ever come across. I could not even get a sentence in before being rudely interrupted by a Rachel Hawes, and just constantly being asked "so are you going to pay, so are you going to pay", without listening to my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tap was faulty and this was reported weeks ago without being resolved, the company never gets back to you. If you want to purchase a decent tap get a Billi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massively unimpressed with our residential zenith hydro tap. The sparkling water is much less fizzy than what a soda stream produces and in the 6 months we've had the tap there have been several operational issues with it.
Terrible product and not at all worth the money.

Speaking down to you in a condescending way is not how you really want to be spoken to over the phone especially not when you are getting them to come fix the same thing over and over again. Very frustrating and there is currently over 1 month wait to have someone come see us. Ridiculous.
