★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The campsite is gorgeous, the toilets were very clean and non smelly (for a long drop) but there weren't many actually grassy patches for tenting. We had to settle on a bit full of gravel because it was the only flat patch for a tent. Other than that everything was great and you can pay via EFTPOS.

We had the best site, located in the bush very private
Stunning views, gold panning, excellent fishing in the mornings.
Will be back next Xmas/New Years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my go to camping spots. It is huge with many spots for tents and campervans alike and conveniently close to Queenstown. You can even swim but the water is cold! No sinks or treated water but there are taps with boil-only water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great campsite in nice location by the beautiful lake edge. While it's no expensive, it does feel a bit over priced given no rubbish facilities, no dump station, no drinking water. $30/night per couple I think $15 or $20 is sufficient given services available. Not much Internet coverage. The manager is a good guy!
