★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience in terms of speed, communication, staff friendliness and willingness to help. Great negotiatiom so I got a really good deal on the car I bought... but having worked in a car yard myself, I was very disappointed with the fact there was no grooming done at all on the car, and I am having to vacuum it out myself and give it a cut and polish, when I have only had the car for about 2 hours... but I guess quick turnaround and a decent sale price could make up for that fact - just wouldn't be the way I would have handed a car over to a paying customer. All in all, I would consider going back to 2 Cheap Cars Hornby for my next car, as the only issue is really cosmetic in nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We experienced really poor service here. We had booked a test drive and showed up on time, waited 10 minutes for the only salesperson to finish up with some other clients. He then led us to the car we were meant to be test driving which was parked behind another car and COVERED in bird poo. Whilst he moved the other car out of the way, we opened the car door to look inside only to be met with a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
Couldn't believe the car wasn't clean and ready for test driving especially since it was booked. Between that and the lazy service, we walked away.
I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really disappointed on their after sale service. Check the car carefully before making decision and don't trust what they say that they will pay you back any claim on fixing the car, they will try many ways to refuse the claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car in Feb 2020. It was a very pleasant, fast and easy transaction for a good price and clean car. Only a week later, it started to have spark plug problems which was a bit of a mess and it was hard to get a claim sorted, but 2CheapCars did pull through eventually. 11 months later my car is still perfect. Would buy here again. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and overall very happy with purchase,highly recommend. Purchased a Wish online unseen as have confidence in 2cheap cars (as we purchased as a family 2 cars at other branches before and they were great aswell).
Have driven the car for over a month and it drives really well and overall is in great shape for age and mileage . Was serviced before purchase aswell, and priced really well in comparison to other dealers. Don't even bother looking at competitors now as 2 cheap have very competitive prices and condition of cars is good (speaking for cars purchased that have 80km - 110km).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the idea of car yards and the stereotype of old dudes pressuring you in to a sale but you wont get this here.
2cheapcars offers a nice, stress free professional environment. The financial process was professionally outlined by Ivy and got a good run through of the ins and outs of my new car by Aron.
The customer service was fantastic and mentioned their after care process when everything was done which is nice knowing they're not out to just make a sale ?
