Hoping to balance out the bad reviews with a good one - Bhushan helped me switch over from prepay to pay monthly, and he was fantastic. He gave clear explanations of the process (and why I couldn't apply online) He was also very reasonable and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for your great customer service Bhushan!

Terrible service, phone and internet out 5 times over the last 7 weeks, they told me to go to my local library to get free internet {15km away} steer well clear of this company

Very poor service in their branch. Bought a new phone in Feb 2021 and the phone wasn't working properly. They charged me a fee to get it checked by its provider Samsung and I have been back 4 more times with same issue and staff were rude. Not willing to help in Manukau office. They advised not to use their wifi to use smartswitch option to allow me to reboot the phone as their network is poor. This goes to show staff is not confident in their own company they work for. I should be covered under warranty to get the phone check not being charged for it when the phone was purchased a month ago. I hold a monthly contract account and had credit balance sitting in my mobile account. They could see my accounts and purchase dates. It's been 5 months and I still have problems with the new phone and they are not willing to admit there is a problem and replace this phone but keeps sending it back to SAMSUNG to check. On my last visit the Branch Manager got involved took videos of what was wrong with the phone but later found out he couldn't not send that information to Samsung due to some 2degrees system error. They were only interested in selling a new phone but didn't care for after sales service. I am still paying my monthly phone payment but yet didnt have my phone on me as it went to Samsung for a check 4 times in 5 months is just disgusting. I had emailed both Samsung and 2degrees with videos of what was happening with this phone but still the problem with the phone hasn't even fixed. I would like to get a response for this review and would like to see some positive outcome.

No luck getting through to the 'customer care' team after multiple attempts and being on hold apprx 45 mins each time. What does it mean when you're on hold listening to your music, only plays half a song then changes to another song? Has an agent purposely put me back into the back of the queue hence new song, thats what it feels like. Even emails are not being replied to. I should just stop my direct debit, no doubt someone will call me asap to retrieve money, yeah think i'll do that

Swapped from Vodafone to 2degrees starting to regret that decision, nothing but issues getting sorted. 2degrees has no onboarding process for making sure customers are setup and running the way they want. Brought a business plan and have contacted 2 times now in the morning online yet both times they have tried to call me outside of standard business hours? Let's use some common sense people

Until today, I have been a great advocate of 2 Degrees, as they were so much better than Vodafone, or Spark. They weren't perfect, but did get there in the end. TODAY that changed, when I got a notice they are unilaterally going to change my account, offering me 1.5Gb more data a month, which in itself is a rort. Also having phone accounts in Thailand, I know NZ is hellishly expensive for anything to do with mobile. Not only are they suddenly charging more, I have now been waiting 3.75 hours for a call-back from the Can't Be Bothered Caring about Customers Dept. If I have kept my place in the que as suggested, their must be a heck of a lot of people also as peeved as me. There isn't even the option of going back to the plan I was on when I first joined. At after work drinks (we still have them P-)), I was telling colleagues who are all equally disappointed at the thought of finding account increases for their family phones. This is the sort of stunt & service I expect from Vodafone, and the very reason I left them to join Vodafone. Now, it's a great way to boost Skinny's customer market share. FOR A COMPANY THAT PRIDES AND PROMOTES ITSELF ON FAIRNESS, YOU STINK. I will be seeking legal advise soon regarding other issues around this, that also reek of an ex-Vodafone or Spark dodgy marketer.

I Spoke with Jason and he has been very helpful with the issues I had on my datas. And also took me through the plans that are available. Not only that, he did a follow up on the plans because my time was over for my break at work and had no time to here all about it. Great service from Jason and I really appreciate it.
