★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that I don't normally enjoy going into mobile phone providers but I enjoyed the sales experience in this store- the guys here were knowledgable, friendly and they even noticed I was one of the original on account customers when 2degrees first offered this.
Better still I got exactly what I wanted and wasn't upsold to something I didn't need.
Recommended store!

If only all telecommunications companies had such attentive knowledgable people working for them.
I recommend going to the cashel st shop in Christchurch if you want to sign up. Man they know their stuff and were so keen to help. Something you just don't see at Vodafone. I signed up with them after 18 years with Vodafone. If there are employee awards please these 2 are clear candidates.

The headphones supplied with the phone I bought have failed and I went to have the issue sorted which would usually result in a replacement pair or refund to the value of replacing the headphones. Instead I was told that both the phone and the headphones would have to be taken for the warranty claim despite the headphones alone being faulty. That is not a reasonable or acceptable remedy by anyone’s standards to have to lose your phone for god knows how long because of faulty headphones which should have been replaced independently of the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Jack C as our consultant, we went in to pick up a phone and came out with the phone we intended to buy, cheaper plan overall for 4 people, and a free smart watch that we didnt know you got when you bought a Samsung Galaxy S20+. We also got an awesome deal on a Oppo A47 the we never intend on buying today. It was an amazing experience and it wouldnt have gone so well if Jack wasn't so engaged with his customers. He made us feel special and he had a good laugh with us! We were appreciative that he didnt push us to make any other purchases and when we said no to the other accessories he didnt push us to buy them.
Definitely reccomend this store! Far better than any other 2degress experience that we have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the iPhone 13 for myself and my partner from 2 degrees and Jack C was super helpful and very easy to deal with. He even stayed with us past his home time just to ensure that we were taken care of. To be honest we were quite frustrated with 2 degrees, especially with their contact centre because they take ages to answer a phone call and sometimes the agents are not that helpful either. But with Jack it was the opposite, he was the one who made us wanna stick with 2 degrees. So thank you very much Jack! Keep up the good work!
