Absolutely dreadul customer service. Their incompetence left us without internet during the pandemic when we're supposed to be working from home and then they refuse to explain why the work required to fix the issue keeps getting delayed.

My mother is going to have to wait 8 weeks to get her net she has a shared access wish they would have told us at start it was going to take that long I ring and they say that's how long it takes will not use these guys again they just don't care about customer s at all mum is 75 years old and to be without for this long is so sad they say contact on Facebook but the people are still the same no care

They call themselves civil technicians and can’t even open a sliding gate. I was home waiting for them to show up as per booking. They came to my house and drove off. Been over a month of issues and still no fibre at my house Shocking service

Don’t choose enable to install fibre at your property unless you enjoy being mucked around. Was told we would hear back from them. Waited and got no response. We called and they apologised and said it would be all done within the next 2 weeks. 2 MONTHS LATER… we have heard nothing from them and are paying for fibre we have never had. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Do not use Enable.

Hi there! For some reason we haven't got our fibre connection yesterday and nobody contacted us to let us know about cancellation. We had to cancel a shift at work for being connected. It's definitely not something I would call a good customer service. Application β„–704272 upd 31/05 no changes. seems like you should be called disable, not enable ...

Enable don't deserve even 1 star! Firstly, the 2 guys took all day to make a shallow trench up our drive way (With a machine not with a shovel). I've seen my partner dig much bigger trenches in less than half the time they took. Secondly, when they eventually finished, they couldn't tidy up or fill holes properly. At the end of our drive, they didn't pack the holes they had dug out and they just threw the grass seed down (and only at the end of the drive). They dumped a heap of dirt behind our gate in the bush (wasn't very discret) and they left a hole in the garden where the live main cables are. In addition our garden were they worked was left in a mess including our driveway. What disappoints us the most is my partner complained to Enable about it and they never responded! Absolutely useless company and unprofessional. If you are going to work at a customer's property, you need to leave the property tidy and how it was when you got there (with a few exceptions). Common Sense. Sort yourselves out and learn to do your job properly.

Just had a team of 2 technicians come by to fix our broken fibre cable. Both were very professional and polite and the job was finished in a reasonable time frame. I would also like to thank the woman I spoke with on the phone, she was extremely helpful and informative. All around a great service.
