No doubt very arrogant in helping me out. I would suggest you to please not go here absolutely worst service.
2 degrees should close this outlet.

Thought maybe Christmas hours they may open at 10am so had breakfast and waited, as well as other customers standing outside the store......No still didn't open. No trading hours displayed which made it even more confusing.....This store definitely does not reflect 2 Degrees at all ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible, they sold me a faulty phone, was advised that im entitled to a full refund or replacement due to out of box guarantee however the store told me the need to send it away and gave me a substandard loan phone that barely works, missed important txts from work costing me $400 in job loss have issues making and receiving phone calls, they keep delaying the refund coming up with excuses. never buy from this store! other local 2degrees store have told me that store has had similar issues with other customers. their ability to speak and understand english is also very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by man in the store. Closed the doors os store at 5.15 pm when we arrived but it was showing closing time of 5.30 pm online. We already called before Coming that we are coming to buy phone, but he explained that it took half an hour to them for closing. We requested him but he refused We returned empty handed as that guy didn’t pay attention to us.may be don’t want to attend us intentionally.As 8 years long 2 degree customer we Will never go to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the new Samsung phone from here and really good customer service and advise from team member Krish. He was upfront and honest with his opinions and was very informative in helping choose the brand and model. Some items had to be ordered in and while there was a delay from supplier end, he did his part in keeping me updated and made contact as soon as ordered items arrived. Very dedicated and definitely an asset to the 2 Degrees team. Thanks a lot Krish, we'll definitely be back
