Hi Everyone - We're Re-Opening Our Doors for On-site 3D-Scanning!! This Wednesday, 8 September FINALLY we'll be welcoming customers back at our 3D-Scan studio to get 3D-fied again. Just in case you haven't noticed, you can now find us at 187 Vivian Street, Te Aro / Wellington (Entrance via Underground Arts Tattoo Studio). A huge shout-out to Team NZ working together to get us through these exceptional times to where we are. Thanks a mil to our customers for your kindness and patience over the last weeks - We love you! The 3Dfy.me team is looking forward to being there for you and capturing your great moments in life! Of course we continue to deliver our other digital modelling services (i.e. the ones, not requiring direct face-to-face,) as we've done during alert levels 3/4. In principle we'll be back to full operations except for public events (involving more than 50 people) that will be affected for the next couple of weeks/months as we move forward to a new normal. Scan Studio Appointments Our Wellington Scan Studio is accepting booking appointments from 9th September. You can use our handy online booking page to secure your spot HERE. Ongoing Services (Throughout Level 2) As part of our brand-new service offering we are providing highly accurate 3D-body measurements. Based on our 3D-scan technology and supported by pretty smart machine-learning algorithms we are able to extract more than 100 measurements from your body - anything goes (+/- 2 mm dimensional accuracy, girths, straight distances, free-fall, on-surface, contours, landmarks, etc) - the perfect data set to track your fitness goals or ordering your next custom suit. We can create 3D-printable Mini-You models from only 2-3 (high resolution, well-lit) photographs of the person (full-body or bust) - no need to get 3D-scanned physically at our place. A perfect surprise gift for your loved ones or for people who can't make it to Wellington (or one of our future events around NZ) in person. We do dogs and cats too !!                 All we need are two to three well-lit, high resolution photos (front, side views). Interested? Request your custom quote here. Reprints of your existing models: Please get in touch with us should you require additional copies of your Mini-Yous. We'll be more than happy to assist you and ship to you as soon as the COVID-19 situation permits. Please send an email to our email (see below) and indicate your previous order number & customer name. Also please get in touch if you need any support in preparing your existing files for 3D-print production. We can offer you assistance across a broad range of print processes and print materials. The same is true for any of your needs around converting your 3D-assets for VR/AR platform integration or other 3D visualisation and animation use-cases. Existing Orders We are currently working to process and ship all existing orders of 3D-printed Mini-Yous.While we see the situation gradually improving, suppliers and logistics companies are still affected and we experience slightly longer than usual turnaround times for production and shipping throughout NZ. Rest assured we are keeping all our customers informed as we receive updates from our partners. The Steps We're Taking to Keep You Safe In compliance with Government guidelines for operating at Alert Level 2, we have introduced the following measures to keep our customers and team safe. Physical Distancing: On-site scans will be performed by appointment only and slots will be provided for a maximum of four people at a time - with ample time between the slots to ensure appropriate physical distancing. Please follow staff instruction and physical distancing markers in our scan studio. Please always keep at least 1 metre from staff. Hygiene: Precautions include wearing masks, frequent cleaning and sanitation of high contact areas, and regular hand washing. We also ensure all staff are in good health prior to coming to work. Contact Tracing: All customers visiting us must complete a contract tracing form when visiting our scan studio.
