★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumpy and uneven application of SNS and lopsided and dent nail filing, felt like they had little idea what they were doing and had to constantly clip and pick colour and polish while doing it. Gone them done just before christmas and were amazing but after this, its the last straw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for 2pm. Finally seated at 2.30. I had red gel to be taken off, she missed 4 spots on my nails that I had to point out to her. She told me not to worry as the new SNS will cover it. Coverage and application of SNS was poor (had to ask her to redo 3 nails).
Then after inspection you can still see all 4 red spots of my nails through the new SNS.
I wanted to point them out to her but she walked off and no other staff would then talk to me or look at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ XPRESS Gel Nails took over an hour, it took them SO SO long to remove the existing polish.
I am disappointed with the end result because it doesn't match the colour swatch AND they didn't paint the nail right up to the cuticle.
Decor is drab, old and tired.
They make you pay BEFORE your service - that says it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and got a volume set of lashes and had to pay $125 for the service (reasonable). However when I got home I was able to have a proper look at the lashes and I was super disappointed. I’ve come here before and it usually depends who’s on how it’ll look but paying that much of a price it would be nice to get the same result each time and walk away with great FULL lashes. Looking at my lashes there’s a lot of gaps. The length is great but it lacks what I paid for which is ‘volume’. I attached photos so you know what I’m talking about. Super disappointing. I get lashes done all the time and this was just easily disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a very light pink gel nail polish for a wedding and we could find only one. After applying the nailpolish on one foot the lady realised there was no more nailpolish, so she had to remove it all and start all over again with another colour.
After filing the nails had to ask for adjustments because they were like in an angle. There is only one lady that gave me the feeling she knew very well what she was doing the others might be learning? I definitely think the quality of work done is not worth the price. Won’t go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here if you want nails longer than a couple millimetres.
I got a full set of sns extensions with nail art so it was $$$. And 3 had broken within a week. Keep in mind they were only 2 or 3 centimetres long from nail-bed to tip. And when I went to get them fixed they charged me, which seems unfair seeing as you’d assume they would last longer than a week. I have been going here for years and the people are nice but this was very disappointing and I won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sns on my natural nail with 3 staff members one by one anyways just after 2 days sns was cracked when I asked why it’s happened then she (manager) replied cause of thin layer. She fixed for me but again it’s cracked just next day and when she applied top coat on my nail she left from the edges seriously so frustrated at least second time they should be the extra careful. Don’t know what they did. Look at my nails different layers how thick is this a nail. Many complaints not a single.Bad experience no recommendation.
