★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gifted a GrabOne voucher for my birthday from a friend for the one hour massage + 30 minute express facial. They were really lovely in that I couldn’t make a time before the voucher expired so they accommodated me to come in afterwards while still honouring the voucher. The massage by Kate was great and I would highly recommend. However I was really disappointed by the “facial” which definitely did not last half an hour, more like 10 minutes. The therapist came in without a word (I didn’t know who it was as they said nothing and the masseuse had put a towel over my face). They were extremely aggressive after I had just had my relaxing massage, I felt like they were trying to get it done as quick as possible. They didn’t remove my make up so left with mascara all over my face. The most disappointing thing to me though was that they had all of these Dermalogica products yet used St. Ives facial scrub on me! I had a feeling when they put it on me as I recognized the texture and smell from when I used it years ago, and when I got changed after I saw the bottle. Definitely unlike any facial I’ve ever had. I would recommend a massage with Kate - which is why I’ve given it 3 stars - but not a facial; I unfortunately did not catch the name of the person who did it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my pamper package here for my bridal shower and let me tell you guys and gals, Jini and the team did a fantabulous job! I cannot express how amazing and relaxing and one of a kind my experience was on the spa. From the beginning I got greeted with warm smiles and I got sent to the massage room where Kate did a 11/10 job for my relaxing massage. The pressure was just right for me I didn't know how she knew what I liked but I really recommend her for massages. After a nice refreshing drink, I got sent to the facial treatment room where Sanjini did an amazing exfoliating facial on me, and she was so lovely and had amazing conversation. Afterwards I got treated by Glory to a foot spa and massage which was heavenly. She's also superb with full body massages as she did my pregnancy massage in the past. While I was getting treated to a royalty experience, Kate was doing my sister-in-law's manicure which looked so cute and professional. I cannot thank the team enough for my absolutely queen experience on the spa for my bridal shower day/night. My body and mind felt so relaxed and I felt refreshed thanks to the team ?????? I highly highly recommend Rising day spa to everyone that wants to get the ultimate relaxing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish i never went! Spent over a year growing out my eyebrows nice and thick.. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and the therapist threaded majority of them away and then tried to make them thicker again by trying to dye them brown. I'm actually so embarrassed with how my brows look. I then was booked in for 30min massage with another therapist there, which lasted 15 minutes (20min in total after me changing before and after the massage) They would've charged me the full amount but I embarrassly pointed out it wasn't half an hour. So she said she'd charge me $45 for the massage, she didn't have the right change so said she would transfer me the change, and actually ended up charging me $50 and not the agreed amount of $45. So overall spent $70 here and literally left crying. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Also states deep tissue on the website but she has no idea about the antomony of the body and couldnt even pin point a large knot I had asked her to massage. Would give negative stars if I could.

The staff are lovely and you can tell they get on well with each other. A loverly experience thanks and very affordable. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a couples massage for my wonderful partners birthday/our two year anniversary. From the phone call to the payment they were nothing but welcoming and kind.
The room was ready upon arrival and everything from the candles to the ambient music created a relaxing and safe environment.
The heated towels were a definitely a highlight and we walked out feeling brand new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in the other day for a prescriptive facial, from the moment of booking till I arrived I was made to feel very welcome.
Once arrived my therapist introduced herself to me as Sanjini, she made me feel very safe in what she was doing to my skin explaining all she was doing and her findings, I found her very knowledgeable, my skin is now glowing and feels so great, I also got Dermalogica products used on my skin and bought the retail for home use, I rebooked again for in a month.
Thank you again definitely worth 5 stars.
