β β β β β My son missed out on the rainbow's end trip because of a lack of communication on their part. They are constantly changing the activities and you still get charged if you opt out even though it's not what you signed up for. Dealing with them is frustrating. Avoid.

β β β β β What an awesome out of school care programme! I could not be happier, each and every staff member from the minute you enroll to the minute you walk through the doors are so friendly and helpful. This is the second out of school care programme i have had my children enrolled in and my gosh i feel terrible that i didn't come here in the first place. Not only do they have a great holiday programme with loads of different activities but they genuinely care about your children and keep them safe all while have so much laughs and making fun memories.You can rest assured your children will be in safe hands, I would like to also acknowledge the young lady who is the site manager, her name is Amber :) she is amaaazing, knows her stuff and is very approachable, she even spends time in the programmes with the children which is another great thing to see. You can tell that 4FUN is the fun filled place because of of her , she obviously has a great rapport with all her staff and families. I cannot recommend 4FUN highly enough my kids love this place and all the staff. Amber you are amazing thank you for all that you do. I hope you all have a very merry Christmas and we will see you in the new year.

β β β β β The owner is incapable of being professional completely and utterly racist.
Had enrolled my boys into the holiday program. No problems there needed to have WINZ subsidy forms completed. Girl at the till takes said forms upstairs to owner to sign. The owner comes down waving forms around and announces loud enough for everyone to hear "Im not signing these you OWE me money". Im a little taken back and ask for more details etc on this debt. Everything is in order and in fact I did owe 4fun money from a previous holiday programme my son had attended a few years earlier. Thats no drama I accept that miscommunication of payment between myself and my sons dad.
I asked her if she could sign the forms and I would fix the owed amount the following day. This was a Friday and wanted to get them into WINZ before the weekend. She stands there hand on hip outright refuses. I asked her was it neccessary for her approach and attitude and she completely lost it making the situation very personal. Started screaming this is my business and you owe me money ($108) then proceeds to say "You people always do this and im sick of it" im really confused at this stage who these people she is referring to so I asked what does you people mean and she didnt hesitate to say you know exactly what i mean and gave me this disgusted filthy look and looked me up and down. Keep in mind there are children and customers looking on in absolute disbelief. A few other choice words were exchanged before I left and took my business elsewhere.
Before this incident I had been to the playground previously and the way she speaks to the children is very concerning. Screaming over the intercom system at children and staff on the playground. She blantantly admits that these kids are just a number to her and are pretty much easy cash cows for her to make a profit. The place is complete chaos its a mad house. On many occasions the staff are heard discussing your behaviour and attitude and that speaks volumes of your character.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague. Take your business elsewhere.

β β β β β We took our 5 year daughter here for the first time for school holiday program, there are a few issues we have encountered just from the first day.
1. My husband registered online a week before and got a confirmation email, when we got there this morning her name wasn't listed. But this is not a big deal, I just need to fill the form out again.
2. They went to strawberry picking today, there is no plastic bags got given so all the strawberries got rotten in the hot day, all the juice leaked into her school bag, two sets of spare clothes were completely ruined by the strawberry juice, impossible to wash straight to the bin.Surely anyone who has eaten strawberries would know how much of a mess they gonna make, and no plastics bags, seriously? The manager apologied but that doesn't justify the two sets of clothes we had to throw away.
3. This is the first day she was there, I just went in and took her away, no one asked and nothing to sign, no security measure here at all, it's very concerning.
Overall, the first day hasn't been the greatest, see how things go for the rest of the week, not very likely to come back here next time.
