One of us quit at the first day even we pre-paid for the whole week. Room cleaning service was the only thing matching its price so it’s 2 starts rather than 1. The motel lost the chance to earn 20k/year since we were find long-term hotel to service company employees.

I returned to get my bond of $200 the next day, it was past check out time by 1.5 hours so they would not return my bond. Anything to make a buck. Scummy and unfair. Otahuhu for you. Drive through it, and sleep In Your car.
K	Kaushal “Priya” Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here is my experience staying here as due to emergency housing owners are rude price for the rooms are expensive price for food expensive free car park free wifi but its not good at all so weak ? housekeeping stuff walk straight into your room without knocking I mean come on you need your privacy the Indian lady super rude rooms do not get cleaned nor vacuumed daily I had to ask to use to vacumm Cleaner to clean the room I am staying at because the stuff don't even bother doing any thing the fridge is small freezer is a small olden days type mini fridge ? the cooking stove so bloody slow even a oven is better then the stove top tbh you can't have any one to visit you I mean come on ? during covid totally understandable but this is there rule NO ONE CAN VISIT AT ALL TIMES worst place ever bed bugs my son got bit so many times they didn't do much but change the blanket and sheets but still didn't fix the problem due to covid we can't change our rooms so all together bad experience. The airport getaway is better for sure not forgetting cheap and amazing stuff ? ?.

M	Masele Maele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accomodation itself is okay, however many problems. I’ve suddenly started getting these weird markings on my body which I’m going to assume are from bed bugs. Also really surprising how sometimes cleaners would come in without knocking. However what tipped me off was I happened to forget my room keys inside my room and called the service desk. I apologised for calling at such a late time past their usual hours (it was 11 going to 12). However, they rudely said straight after “do you know what time it is” which I was completely aware of and apologetic for, but there was clearly a lack of understanding on their behalf. I’ve never been to a motel where they were upset with a customer forgetting their keys in their room as a one time thing. Overall, I kept saying sorry but as it was urgent, I had to call. They then threatened and said that they will charge us the next time this happens, really poor customer service, why work in one when you can’t be a decent person.

E	Eugene Matiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outset of my first conversion with the manager I knew this is where we were going to be staying. We wanted to book a family room to accommodate our small family of 6. For the price it was reasonable considering the convinience of all amenities within a close walking distance. Due to our budget we asked for a smaller room (1bedroom suite) as the only difference between that room and the family room was a single bed. The suite has a large double bed and a fold down couch so I rang back and I asked him if we could have that room instead. After explaining my kids were small enough to fit on the fold down couch and our 1 year old had her portable cot he gladly agreed to let us have the suite but went a little further and offered us the family room at the same rate as the suite. This is service at its finest. A stranger to this man I was and he showed a high level of professionalism, compassion and courtesy towards my family in the form of family focused policies that they have in place. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly smile and a very pleasant environment. If I needed anything all we had to do was ask. I highly recommend Motel 540, the people from manager to employees are friendly and courteous and makes staying here a pleasurable experience. This is our new motel when we're in Auckland we will go no where else! Thank you John and Sam we had a wonderful stay.
