★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never go back. Had a two day stay and I was looking forward to get out of this place,the room was average the outside was shocking its like they have no pride in there establishment. It looks run down the photos they have on their site ain't what you see when you get there However they were nice enough to count there towels and linen on our departure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a family member stay at this motel and it was shocking !!!! Rooms are filthy, smells really bad, the motel owners seems racist. No laundry, was told you have to go down the street to the laundromat, even though there was a sign on one of the doors that said laundry and times it opens and closes, the beds were old and smelly as well as the furniture and very ancient 60's look. The tv was hideous and to top it off had to pay for wifi. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL !!!
Carpet smelt, grounds filthy huge skip bin outside the room over flowing..yuk
They also charged an extra $20 if you visit but never warned of this extra cost until leaving.
Never again !!!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not luxurious and it isn't the most private and exclusive place but it's enough to kinda get you by. Space for parking isn't quite luxurious and spacious either but if you're looking for somewhere to 'get the job done' kinda deal, then it's perfect. Wifi is not included in the package though so either have heaps of data or pay everyday for a data cap.

I will be speaking with the Ministry of Social Development and other relevant agencies providing them with feedback, evidence and legislation to support my recommendation. It is unsafe and unhygienic for vulnerable solo mothers and their children. Owner seems to be discriminating customers as well. Enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shouldn't be giving this Motel a rating as it doesn't deserve one.
Be prepared to have the police visit often daily if you plan to stay.
They have long term residents with families that stay there also which is great for the kids however there are undesirables that also live there and they have friends that like to hop fences and jump through windows.
We have met the owners son who is arrogant.
The owners cannot speak English so rely on the son to do things.
The picture of the Motel is not what it is now.
Please be careful as this Motel should not have a license.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived late at night from airport so didn’t get to check the room beforehand. Arrived and I said I need a clean room just for the night and a shower in the morning. The room smelled stale like it had been locked up too long. I was told if the shower doesn’t get hot, turn it off and wait 10 more minutes. This is what happened in the morning as it was cold. I wait 10 minutes then 30 and still cold. So I left and went to the reception and the older guy working there prentened he didn’t understand me. He refused to give a small discount for the inconvenience, so I left. He called me later to say that someone had turned off the heating by mistake. I’m sure they called because I said I will give you a bad review. Stay away from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive visited only once late Oct 2018 and never again . I had entered the room that was meant to be given as you can say it was more so a inspection to see if the standards would accommodate my health issues . I say it does not for any person sick or not so i left . I smelt the air in the provided room and was met with a unruly mouldy damp smell that actually affected my senses to the point of watery eyes and dry wrenching . Which later caused me to have a migraine . EH here in Auckland needs a major takeover and authorized and deemed fit to actually occupy. Goverment wake up and stop giving the owners like this one our hard earned cash because i know for a fact THERE ARE TO MANY MOTELS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE HOMELESS COMMUNITY like this business ... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have rated it 0 if I could honestly. The owner is very rude I don't think he can speak English fluently so his son is doing the job. Very selfish you have to pay $5 for wifi each day but connection is very poor you will have to need endless data can hardly connect properly. The room was very cold and you have to turn on the heater for 5 hours to warm your room. Not worth the price at all! The room was not good at all This owner is taking advantage of the community especially the governments money. Very poor customer service the only positive thing there is the ongoing service of the lady who works there day and night I can't remember her name. Thank you Miriam (I think that's her name) you were an awesome person.
