★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OVERALL: 8 / 10. VALUE: good compared to other places by the shore. PARKING: suits Light Rigid, limited for Heavy Rigid, not for Trailers. SERVICE: friendly and efficient, good website. ROOM: modern furniture, good bed, tidy. CLEANLINESS: good but wear&tear on walls. BUSINESS: no desk but table, limited power outlets, good Internet. COMFORT: traffic noises during day but ok at night. LOCATION: excellent, close to eateries, train station, walking trails. GUEST TYPE: mostly workers but respectful. *Reviewed Harbour view studio room.

OK for a place to sleep, that's it. Maintenance is a bit down in the room we stayed in, taps lose etc. can be noisy from the road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy is the best thing about it. The Asian that runs it needs an attitude adjustment. Big Chill driver's come & go from there at all sorts of weird hour's, when I got there early he threw his toy's out of the cott & threatened my employer with the police to wake me up & remove me from the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We we're booked for 3 days. However, our stay was aborted as we had to leave after staying only for one day. Anyway, the place is clean and close to Mcdonald, Pak n save. Also, nice view as our room was overlooking the sea. I highly recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only found one fault . The Wellington water was not nice to drink . Everything else was well above standard .the service was way above average .the $100 deposit was refunded in 2.5 minutes . It's a quiet place where no one makes a fuss . Extremely happy to recommend this place to single people or family's.
