★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incorrect seatbelt was supplied to me despite asking for something specific. I was denied a full refund for the part even though it had not been used as they could not sell it as "new" anymore. I was refunded a little over a third of the amount despite it being their error.
This companies mistake cost me nearly $200 despite them being a specialist in seatbelts.
