★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nicely located in the center Octogon so going to town to get food or look around was a big plus. Plenty of restaurants near by, shops and cinema's, a supermarket is short stroll through town. Free parking available, free speedy wifi. The staff Ange and Wayne are very nice people - they won't hesitate to help you out with any questions you may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Dunedin on short notice with a family member in the hospital. The staff at Motel Moray could not have been more kind or flexible towards me and our small child. We stayed in a 2-bed studio (king and single bed) and also a king bed studio with a separate bedroom with two single beds in it. The rooms were quite spacious and extremely clean, the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, and I thought the price was fair. The location was great, we could walk everywhere. Parking onsite was handy. There were some nice touches like a heated mirror in one of the rooms so it didn't steam up and free Wifi. The breakfast was simple but cheap. There is a lovely cafe right next door. Only drawback was you could hear a bit of muffled noise from the other rooms. I would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central location, free parking, clean and tidy rooms that are warm and quiet, all at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
I’ll definitely use again when I’m in Dunedin.
