★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago I was 'fobbed off' by the Wellington Nissan dealer. I was driving my 3 year old Navara to Auckland after getting off the ferry when it developed a sensor problem. They didn't seem busy and asked me to wait so they could get someone to look at it.
Almost 2 hours my very young family and I waited, only to be told "Nah mate, we can't help yah" !!!!
So, we slowly and carefully limped our way to Paraparaumu where A Grade Automotive appreciated our plight. In the time it took us to walk along to Mitre 10 for a coffee and cake A Grade Automotive plugged in, reset it and had the issue sorted. They charged me too little so I voluntarily paid extra.
Even though it was a few years ago, I still sing the praises of A Grade Automotive, to whoever will listen, every time I drive through Paraparaumu.
If I lived in Paraparaumu, A Grade Automotive would be my service centre of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severly over priced. Theyve been ripping off a family member for years. They give a form of discount but overprice so much the discoint means nothing. I dont like watching someone getting ripped off and their client is oblivious. They fixed something on my car ages ago and quoted a third more than my regular mechanic. Gross. Taking advantage of people is not a ethical way to make money.
