★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our brake rotors done at Pit Stop Paraparaumu, on our return trip to Gisborne we heard a clunking just before Levin, we carried on to Ashurst the clunking sound got real bad as we rounded a roundabout, we pulled over and called AA we were advised not to go any further. We had to leave our vehicle at Village Valley Automotive in Ashurst until the next day, Monday we had to find accommodation for the night for 4 people. (There is none in Ashurst) so we had to book in Palmy Taxi there, take the Monday off work with no pay, just because a Pit Stop worker from Paraparaumu couldn’t tighten his nuts properly?? One more thing they also left the brake fluid cap by the window wipers, there goes your one star for trying no stars now. Very disappointing.
