He's friendly, punctual, has a great attitude, awesome work ethic and he's professional. He arrived with a smile, organised his gear then got straight into it.
We had what we thought was just a clogged drain, but with the camera, we saw that we had a whole lot of tree roots blocking the pipe which needed the grinder used on them.
Vinesh patiently explained exactly what he was doing and why throughout the whole process which I appreciated alot, especially since I was hovering around him being nosey as. It's actually all pretty interesting!

He fixed the drain blocked in 1-2 hours, when another company couldn't fix it in 4-5 hours. He takes time to show you what he is doing and why he is doing it. We had a blocked kitchen sink and contacted Vinesh for an urgent fix, he responded immediately and despite his busy schedule squeezed us in the very same day. He was extremely patient and answered my many questions and also gave us many tips and tricks to avoid this situation in the future. He not only did the required task perfectly but also looked at a couple other jobs and advised us on how we need to clean up the drains to avoid flooding in the future. It was refreshing to get this level of service! It is not very common to get this level of service without paying an exorbitant fee as charged by some.
