I had an issue on a Sunday during Covid lockdown and when I called them they came with in a very short time and didn’t make me feel that I was in any way a nuisance. They did a very good job and were so helpful. I would highly recommend them and definitely have them as my regular plumbers in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom was very efficient and speedy in answering the phone on a crazy Saturday mid level 3 Covid lockdown. Dan came out and assessed our issue and fixed the problem within minutes. He was super friendly and professional and even offered to help us out with a car battery issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them three times to confirm both their standard and after hours call out rates, after receiving an absurdly expensive bill for a 5min job changing a washer on the toilet during normal office hours. They have avoided and continue to and there are no rates on their website. I also see in Tom’s response to another google review just 2wks ago that their travel costs are $40+GST, yet when I asked them to itemise my invoice 2wks ago, travel costs were $50+GST, despite being around the corner from Marua Rd. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pipe fix charge me 5.5 hours of labor for replacing the old tube with a new vanity (not include gib fixing, plastering and painting work) and $330 for the materials used (some pipes to connect the tap. I bought my own vanity, tap and waste overflow), and $92 for travel, I think it is definitely overcharged. Another leaking pipe I asked them to fix was not fixed, and a flow regulator was not installed for the new pipe.
Regarding your reply, about the handyman, I asked you to if you could arrange a handyman, you told me that someone will contact me in the next few days, but that never happened, I waited for more than a week for your guy to contact me (I was not given his number), finally I have to find my own handyman to do the job.
There’s not any details in the second invoice, just says labour/materials, I asked twice for the details and got none yet, I have to do my own calculations. You charged me $171 for these pipes, I checked the retail price for them, they are much less than that. See photo 2&3.
I paid the first invoice two days before your reply below, it should have arrived in your account before you made the reply, I don’t know why are you doing this and why treating people like this.
