Our cylinder expired just as we were going into lockdown and we were very concerned that there wouldn't be showers for at least a week! BB Plumbing sourced a cylinder and installed it under careful Level 4 restrictions. Great sigh of relief!

Tom Kelly and Ryan Mahe were amazingly professional and quick to respond to my elderly parents Hot Water Cyclider bursting. My mum has had a stroke and Dad is 87 and anxious and deaf. Ryan was so professional but nice enough to reassure and anwser any concerns and questions on the day.
What a wonderful team you have.

He was incredibly professional from the first call throughout the entire project, if there was a challenge he made suggestions, not necessarily the easiest of fastest, but all suggestions, if only more tradespeople were like him.
