★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired about a 2 bedroom build and was asked to get 2 engineering reports costing almost $8k. I was then told they didn't have a contractor to complete the build. Complete time wasters, who should been up front and honest from the start. Would be very cautious using this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In October 2017 we moved into our new A1 Homes place in Huapai. We were extremely impressed with the care and service we received from Dan, Krista and Jordan. Their comunication was wonderful so we always knew what was happening. 17 weeks total to build a big house with really good quality. They use the best electricians, plumbers and painters too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A1 Homes advertise on their website that they sell kit set homes but then when I asked to purchase one I was told that they will not be doing them for the foreseeable future. This is false advertising and is in fact illegal.
