★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Narrow streets thought I was in England. Hardly any residents visitor parking. Yet it was a like a racetrack with idiots speeding around the narrow streets. This new subdivision didn't appeal. Barren looking jammed in housing subdivision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable and Classy. This subdivision has got to be the fastest growing and most popular around. A school and shopping centre is on it's way and just a short hop by bus or car into the city. Come and check it out, you'll be amazed at the rate of growth and what Milldale has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same issue as other comments, roads poorly designed being to narrow therefore no chance of backing the boat or caravan in easily or passing on coming traffic!. Feels too close to neighbours you could hi-five them as you roll out of bed in the morning! Some big family homes but very little space for the family toys and visitor parking.
Was a bit disappointed when I left but each to their own I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive suburb. Next to the motorway and has got a lot of proposed additions in the coming times. But till then, will need to drive to Silverdale (4-5 kms) for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roads are very narrow. I had to pull onto a pavement as a truck was travelling towards me. If I hadn't pulled off the truck would of bumped my car. Roads extremely narrow, not sure how they got away with the design through council. Very POOR design. Was it greed, to maximise on profits by narrowing roads, makes one think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milldale is a beautiful township under construction on an affordable price range. Only worry is the road planning. The roads are not wide enough is some streets and doesn’t have broken yellow lines which means people can park on both sides. This will cause issues like how it’s in Flatbush at the moment.
