★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a great experience while having to order a new element for our Happy Kiwiz Spa Pool. I dealt with Caitlin & she was extremely friendly & helpful. The spa pool is probably our most used toy. We are in there every night & just love it. Would love to upgrade to one with a few more functions & extra jets, but, for now we can bubble every evening away, thanks to the fantastic deal & prompt service from Caitlin & her team.

We were needing a new cover and parts in a hurry and they knew immediately what we needed and suggested their preferred electrical person to test our spa. They knew their stuff and delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend them for new or repairs. Their spa is still great after many years at our home.

Angela and the team have been amazing to deal with, super friendly and extremely helpful. I also ordered a spa filter and more chemicals which arrived the next day. I couldn't say enough great things about Happy Kiwi Spas customer service when needing to buy bromine or new filters or other related products for our spa they are very friendly and are fast with delivery, two important things any company can do but 'Happy Kiwi' has this down to a fine art!
Will keep using Happy Kiwi for years to come, thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy Kiwi are the absolute best! It was so nice to meet and deal with a genuine Kiwi owned business and the service is second to none!! I have contacted them on a couple of occasions with some pretty basic questions and they always respond immediately with the answers. Whenever we need more spa chemicals or filters it's as easy as an email and they arrange delivery. We have just plugged our spa back in for the 3rd winter and are loving it. If you're thinking of getting a spa, look no further than Happy Kiwi, you won't regret it :-)

But the real test of any business is in their after sale service. We recently had an issue with our spas controller - and even though our warranty was out the team at Kiwi Spa Pools stood by their product and had it repaired in less than 48hrs!!!
I would highly recommend this product and the team that stand behind it!
Thanks team! We will recommend you to anyone asking about getting a spa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchase our spa in 2015. The delivery went smoothly. The delivery guys were great and helped move it into the right location. They also advised the best orientation/position based on the model that we purchased and the location it would be installed in. We had one issue early on with the blower pump but that was taken care of promptly. The pool is used 5 or 6 times a week and is still going strong. I keep up the maintenance by replacing the filter each year and replacing the water as recommended.
