*Cheap labour rate compared to other dealers in town.
*Was able to book in within a couple of days.
*Mechanics that know what they are doing and friendly.
Cons:
*Receptionist very poor customer service - Told me one thing only to have mechanic tell me something different.
*Found items in WOF that didn't actually require replacement to get WOF.
*No obvious quick groom / tidy that other dealers do.
Overall:
As much as I want to, I can't recommend Manawatu Nissan as a service agent. Not with the poor reception staff providing incorrect safety information, not taking customers seriously and not being able to answer me when confronted with my concerns / issues.
I wil not be returning to Manawatu Nissan for further servicing - I shall take my Nissan out of the region for further work.
